From Stage to Screen

Raised in Orange County, California, Ted Stavros began performing at an early age, first as a musician. Starting drums and guitar at age six, he trained under session and touring drummer Matt Muckle and spent years performing live and sharing stages with respected artists in the music industry. Along the way, he had the opportunity to open for artists including Pat Benatar and Cody Simpson, while also performing alongside musicians such as Gilby Clarke, Erik Dover, Robin McAuley, Robby Crane, Brent Woods, and other established performers in the rock world.

Years of performing in front of live audiences helped shape Ted work ethic, stage presence, and instinct for storytelling — qualities he now brings into his work as an actor.

Today, Ted focuses on film and television, bringing the discipline and energy of live performance into every role while continuing to build a career in front of the camera.
